Horizons to provide free training: Family Guide to Safety with Smart Phones and When Online

Disability Rights and Resources and the Horizons School recently received a grant from the Megan Montgomery Foundation to educate families of adults with disabilities about the risks of identity theft, abuse, and exploitation when using cell phones and the internet.
