Each month, the faculty and RAs work together to come up with social activities to enable our students to practice the social skills that they have been learning, expose them to the surrounding community and expand their experiences. Examples of social activities include community sporting events, cultural or music festivals, dances and costume parties, trips to theaters or museums or the movies, and girls or guys nights. Students are encouraged to plan and attend community activities that interest them once they have practiced and mastered the skills necessary to do so.
