If your young adult thrived at Horizons, chances are there’s another family in your network who needs to know about us. Help us reach them.
You already do, in conversations and over coffee. We just want to make it easier and to thank you for it.
Why your referrals matter
Most families who land at Horizons heard about us from someone they trusted; another parent, a teacher, a counselor, a doctor, a friend at church. Word of mouth is how this school grows. Every Open House visitor we get is one we can serve. And the families who come because of a referral from someone they trust are the ones who feel most at home from day one.
Refer a Family
Know a parent or young adult who might be a fit? Send us their name and we’ll reach out gently with no pressure, no spam.
Spread the Word
Print our Bernard referral cards and keep a few in your bag for IEP meetings, support groups, doctor’s offices, or anywhere a family might be looking for what comes next.
How it works
- You tell us about a family. Email or call whatever’s easiest. A name and a way to reach them is all we need.
- Martha reaches out within 48 hours with a friendly intro and an invitation to visit. We mention you only with your permission.
- If they enroll, we’ll send you a thank-you note, and if they don’t, no worries. We’re grateful you thought of us either way.
