About the Gateway Transitions Fair: Gateway Academy’s Transition Fair is a unique event that brings together programs from across the United States, catering specifically to young adults with learning and social differences. This gathering, which has been held since 2016, attracts approximately 300 participants and features over 40 programs. These programs, including Horizons School, host booths to provide valuable information and support to families, young adults, educators, and professionals.
