Horizons Student Tuition and Fees effective 2025-2026 

Annual Core Curriculum Tuition (Years 1 & 2)

$12,480 per trimester X 3 = Total Tuition and Fees = $37,440*

Annual Graduate (Transition) Tuition (Year 3)

$7,047 per trimester X 3 = Total Tuition and Fees = $21,141

Contracting / Fee for Service Rates (Post-graduate)

1. Intake Assessment Fee @ $80 (one-time for all new clients)
2. Supportive Living, College Support Services, Career Services and Functional

Literacy will be billed @ $85 per hour each for a minimum of 4 hours monthly. Clients may specify increased hours to meet individual needs.

Social Club @ $100 per month of group instruction (includes admission to ticketed events and transportation).

* Partial scholarships are available to offset the cost of tuition.  For more information, please visit our Financial Aid page.  In addition to our scholarship fund, support from vocational rehabilitation agencies may defray tuition and living expenses.
